What do you think about exercise and sport? The Mulier Institute (research agency) would like to know! They are curious to find out whether you exercise or play sport, and if you don't, why not. Do you think you have enough opportunities to exercise and play sport, do you feel welcome at a club or not, and what do you like or dislike about sport?<\/p>\n

This questionnaire helps us identify your ideas, needs, and obstacles. The more people who complete the questionnaire, the better we can understand exercise and sport for and by people with disabilities and long-term illnesses\/conditions.
